President / CEO
Jay Sachdeva is a founding partner and the Chief Executive Officer of C2W. Jay brings over 28 years of wireless experience in retail and distribution to C2W, giving the company a level of expertise in wireless retailing that is unmatched by competitors.
Jonathan Blood
COO
Jonathan brings over 30 years of wireless experience, strategic vision, and operational expertise as a Retail Agent and Carrier Executive. Jonathan worked closely with the Un-Carrier mogul, T-Mobile, and held the position of Vice President of Indirect Sales for the Business Channel, responsible for strategy, sales, and business development of all T-Mobile Indirect Business Partners. Jonathan was also the primary architect of the TPR (T-Mobile Premium Retailer) program, where he designed retail programs, training and selling strategies across all aspects of indirect dealer channel sales.
Caleb Stokes
3PL Director
Caleb has over 20+ years of experience in Warehousing and 3PL Fulfilment Operations. Caleb currently overseas all 3Pl operations from order management to any customer related issues.
Gilbert Rodriguez
Director Warehouse Services
Gilbert brings over 30 years of experience managing warehouse and supply chain operations. In roles with leading distributors like Siemens Dematic and Fossil Group, he successfully managed a 600,000 square-foot operation and ensured on-time deliveries for major retailers like Kohl’s, JCPenney, Macy’s, and Nordstrom.
